Ordered service on a monday and received my monitoring transmitter that thursday. I went to the site switchmyalarm.com and followed the insturctions on how to install the part. Took about 15 minutes and I was being monitored. Much easier than I though it would be so I am now going to sign up for my office too!

It took me a littler longer because I don't have a phoneline. But the cellular box was easy to setup and get my alarm started. They delivered what they promised. Hope the service stays a good as it is now forever.

At first I didn't beleive a company could deliver what they promised for what they charged. I am very glad that I was wrong because they did and continue to do so. Even after my initial term was up, I found their renewal rates to be beyond competetive, expecially considering the services I receive.
